Dahill is currently looking for a First Responder to join our San Antonio team! We are in search for a positive, people oriented individual with a can-do, will-do, No-Excuses attitude who wants to be a part of a great team! Our First Responders play a vital role in our organization, taking the majority of the inbound phone calls and assist with resolving our client's issues. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Job Duties

  • Handling customer inquiries via telephone, email and online web portal
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Researching required information using available resources
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Working in a fast-paced, detail oriented, high volume production environment
  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Ensuring that the customer's supply orders and service request are processed timely and accurately through inbound phone requests and electronic notifications
  • Will be triaging minor service request.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Use telephone or email to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating
  • Standing or sitting at your desk for at least 90% of your work day
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered


  • Have AT LEAST 3 years of experience in a high fast pace office environment
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Fast learner and always ready for a challenge
  • Have good data entry and typing skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Maintain stable work history
