Dahill has built an Account Management team and are now in search of a few highly qualified inside Sales Reps to join our San Antonio team. In this role, you will partner closely with our sales management, sales training, and product sales specialists to drive sales across all product sets. You will also work very closely with several of our internal departments as you work with a dedicated list of current accounts to solve problems and become a trusted resource.

JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you'll have a few primary responsibilities...

  • Account Services is an inside client-facing, post-sale role, dedicated to an assigned list of clients
  • Account Managers will create, develop and foster strong business partnerships to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Analyze current client situations and strategize for next steps
  • Create innovative solutions to help clients gain a more efficient method in meter collection and supply management
  • Build rapport and keep a high standard of quality work to retain and expand client contracts/programs
  • Maintain & update CRMs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and responsible for filtering communication to and from clients on all issues
  • Effectively collaborate with field sales when a client is in an active sales cycle
  • Handle all on-boarding of new clients and upgraded clients to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional client experience

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years prior sales experience preferred (b2b or b2c)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years prior sales experience preferred b2b
  • Speaks clearly and effectively to customers
  • Great listening and closing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
  • Capable of handling customer rejection
